Known Software Problems
The following is a list of known problems in BACC 2003 that we are working to resolve.
- Gauss Versions
We plan to update the Gauss versions to take advantage of new features
of Gauss.
Resolved Problems
- Windows Matlab version
BACC Matlab for Matlab versions previous to 6.5 did not load
correctly. It should now work properly.
- Windows R version
The file baccWin.R in the current zipfile replaces bacc.R, which
has the Linux/Unix name of the dynamically linked library in place
of the correct Windows name.
- Windows R version
The "_" symbol for assignment is obsolete in recent R versions and
we have replaced it with "<-" in the relevant files.
- Documentation
Several minor problems with examples and command descriptions have
been corrected.
All manuals are affected.
- AR and Hamilton models
The order of known quantities described in the documentation was
inconsistent with the order required in the code.
This is now resolved.
